What's included in my purchase?
For each song you get 4 formats: FLAC, ALAC, 320kbps MP3, 256kbps AAC. And embedded high-resolution cover art and metadata. The audio file come zipped and ready to go!
Where is my order?
Please click the link in your Order Confirmation email to view the status of your order. When your order ships, you should receive a Shipping Confirmation email that contains a tracking number. If you cannot find either of these emails, click here to log into your account and view your order status.
Can I reroute my package once it’s shipped?
Unfortunately, no. Your order will be sent to the shipping address you entered when checking out. If you’re unable to receive your package at the address you provided, we recommend checking your tracking number and reaching out to the carrier to see if they can forward your package to the correct address.
What is Tykomi's return policy for Albums?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds. There is no way to “unsend” the digital audio files.
